Accessibility Statement
Last updated June 14, 2026
Evansville Water, Ice & Coffee is committed to making this website usable for everyone, including people with disabilities.
Our commitment
We believe everyone in the Tri-State should be able to learn about our services and reach us easily. We are committed to providing a website that is accessible to the widest possible audience, regardless of ability or technology, and we treat accessibility as an ongoing part of how we build and maintain this site.
Conformance target
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at WCAG 2.1 Level AA. These guidelines, from the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C), explain how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities, including visual, auditory, motor, and cognitive disabilities.
What we do to support accessibility
- Semantic HTML structure with logical headings and landmarks;
- Full keyboard navigation with clear, visible focus indicators;
- Color choices and text intended to meet AA contrast ratios;
- Descriptive alternative text for meaningful images;
- Respect for the “reduce motion” setting — decorative animations are turned off when you ask your device to minimize motion;
- Responsive layouts that work across phones, tablets, and desktops;
- Labeled, accessible forms with helpful error messages.
Known limitations
Despite our efforts, some content may not yet be fully accessible. We review the site regularly and work to fix issues as we find them. If you encounter a barrier that is not listed here, please tell us — your feedback helps us prioritize improvements.

Compatibility and assistive technology
This site is designed to work with current versions of major browsers and with common assistive technologies such as screen readers. If you use an older browser or device, some features may not work as intended.
Ongoing effort
Accessibility is a continuous process, not a one-time project. We will keep improving this site and will update this statement as we make changes. This statement was last reviewed on June 14, 2026.
