Three generations. One promise.

Since 1968, one family has kept Evansville and the Tri-State stocked with locally sourced water, clean ice, and good coffee. Today that family business is led by Megan Sammet — the third generation to put her name behind every delivery.

Bottled water, a heap of ice, and a fresh cup of coffee together — water, ice, and coffee from one local supplier.

The independent-operator advantage

The big national delivery companies have call centers, contract fine print, and fee schedules. We have routes we've driven for over fifty years, customers we know by name, and a phone that gets answered by an owner.

Being local isn't a marketing line for us — it's the whole operating model. Our water comes from a private spring in Evansville, Indiana. Our drivers live here. When something needs fixing, the person who fixes it is already in the neighborhood.

And because we're independent, we never have to pass down a corporate office's fuel surcharge. We quote a price, and that's the price.

Woman-owned and family-operated — every order, from a single home cooler to a county-wide ice route, runs through the family.

How we work

What three generations taught us

We answer the phone

No national call center, no ticket queue. When you call, you get a person — usually one whose last name is on the building.

Local water, local money

Our water comes from a private spring in Evansville, Indiana. Every delivery keeps dollars in the community instead of a national chain’s ledger.

Honest pricing

No fuel fees, no “regulatory” surcharges, no contract traps. The quote is the price. It has been that way since 1968.
